Bobcats to pick 9th and 19th

It was fun while it lasted.

Bobcats fans were dreaming, just for a minute, that they could land a top 3 pick in the upcoming NBA draft and have a chance at drafting Kyrie Irving, Derrick Williams and Enes Kanter.

Instead, the Bobcats will be drafting 9th, and it still remains to be seen how the rest of the draft’s available players will shake out.

There’s the foreign kids — Donatas Motiejunas, Jonas Valanciunas, Jan Vesely and Bismack Biyombo — who each figure to be in the mix when the Bobcats pick.

Then there are the domestic kids — Alec Burks, Kawhi Leonard, Tristan Thompson and Marcus Morris — who could be their pick as well.
