Could Alex Len be the best player in the 2013 NBA Draft?
He sure thinks so.
According to Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer, the seven-footer from the Ukraine met with the Bobcats Thursday night and indicated that he would be regarded as the “best player in the draft” 10 years from now.

What do you think? Does Len have what it takes to be worthy of that moniker? Would the Bobcats be fools to pass on him?
I’ve got to admit, I’ve been intrigued by Len for a while now. He’s got some inside post moves, runs the floor well, and is a decent defender. He very well could be the best big man in this draft — and the Bobcats should be in the market for one. Many scouts liken him to Zydrunas Ilgauskas, another Eastern European big man who had a decent but unspectacular career in the NBA.
Would you be OK with the Bobcats drafting a solid but unspectacular center with a top five pick?
